The best time to book is as
soon as possible - if you are thinking about the tour give

"Is there a tour guide provided on your tours?"
Answer: Our drivers are also professional tour guides. They are equipped with a headset to speak throughout the Luxury motor coach or Mini bus offering very knowledgeable insight. They are very helpful and friendly, If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
Question: "Are there any
extra fees or surcharges that I will have to pay on top of
the listed price?"
Answer: No, unlike
other companys we do not charge any extra fees or fuel
surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax. ( The only thing not included is the driver's gratuity.
Question: "What is Grand Tour's
refund and cancellation policy?"
Answer: You must call 72 hours ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. Within 72 hours you will assess a $35 termination fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour, or if you decide not to show up.
Question: "Does your South Rim tour also include a stop at the Imax Theatre?"
Answer: Our South Rim tour does not stop at this location, we show similar videos to the imax experience on the bus on route to the grand canyon. We believe in enjoying its beauty first hand for the full 3 hour duration. The Imax theatre isent even near the Canyon, you waste 45 minutes to 1 hours time at the theatre drasticly reducing your time.
Question: "Why must I use my credit or debit card to reserve my seats?"
Answer: If you make an order online you will need to use a credit or debit card
either way just like any other online business. It is our policy to
require a credit or debit card to reserve your seats for over the phone
transactions.We have been in business for over 5 years, our goal is customer satisfaction
